Prescriptions

Please note, as of October 2021 we no longer take repeat prescription requests over the phone. 

If you need a repeat prescription, please either drop down your prescription request to the surgery, e-mail us at NewQuaySurgery@Wales.nhs.uk, sign up to MyHealthOnline or arrange with your local pharmacy to request the prescription for you. Please can all patients be reminded that we need 48 hours notice for any repeat prescription request to be processed, and most local pharmacy's will need an additional 48 hours notice. 

If you are e-mailing your prescription request in to us directly, simply add your name, date of birth and which item's are needed, and we will automatically process the request and send it down to your preferred pharmacy.
