My Health Online
My Health Online is a secure online service from NHS Wales, available to all patients aged 16 or over, which allows you to:
- Book, cancel or view your appointment
- Request and review repeat medication
- Amend personal information
My Health Online Registration
To register for My Health Online (MHOL) either collect a My Health Online registration form from reception or Complete the relevant request form and return to reception.
As part of the registration process you will be asked to prove your identity. This is one of the measures in place to protect the information that your GP holds about you. Full details about the process are available from your GP practice.
